A.P.J Abdul Kalam A.P.J . Abdul Kalam was a great scientist and the 11th President of India. He is famous as the Missile Man of India and the People's President. He was born on October 15, 1931, in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, and passed away on July 27, 2015, in Shillong. Early life and career Birth : October 15, 1931, in a poor Tamil Muslim family in Rameswaram.
